Send a Balance Reminder

If you’ve processed a refund or have attendees who haven't completed their signup, you may have a group of attendees who still have a balance to pay. To follow up with these people, send a balance due reminder email that will explain how much is due, how to access their profile, and how to pay the remaining balance.

View Attendees with a Balance Due

You can find signups with a remaining balance from the Registration tab. Add a filter under Balance to show those who have a balance due.

Send Email

Send an email to these attendees by choosing Balance due reminder from the dropdown.

You can add a personal message to the body of the email, and the email will include how to pay their outstanding balance.
