If someone entered the wrong information when registering, an Administrator can fix it on the person's registration.
Select the pencil and make corresponding changes to personal information, add-ons, and questions.
If you've registered the wrong person, do not update their name from the personal information pencil. Updating that name changes that person's profile across all Planning Center apps. Follow the steps below if you've registered the wrong person.
If one parent registers a child for the event, but the information needs to go to the other parent, you can change the contact person for the registration. Click Edit next to the Registration Contact's name and type the new one.
Wrong Attendee Type
If a person registers as the wrong attendee type or registers themselves instead of someone else, an Admin will have to cancel that attendee, and then add another attendee to the registration. Scroll to the bottom of the registration and click Cancel Attendee.
Then, scroll to the top of the registration and click Add Attendee to register the person for the correct attendee type.
Type the person's name, choose the new attendee type, and answer any questions or add-ons to finish the new registration. The new registration, as well as the canceled one, will show on your payment details to help you track changes.
Now, email the attendee letting him or her know the changes you made to the registration--or changes they need to make to their registration.
