Send Emails to Attendees

You can send emails to people who have registered for events, reminding them about their balance or forms that are due. You can also view any sent emails from your own profile.

From the Registrations tab, select the envelope icon to choose the type of email to send to your attendees.

  • Email Everyone allows you to email packing lists, changes to event details, and much more general from a blank template.
  • If you have some attendees who still owe money for their registration, the Balance Due Reminder will send a link for people to log in and make payments.
  • The Form Due Reminder will send a link to log in and finish any forms.

Once you've sent an email to your attendees, you can see a list of all the emails a person has received through Planning Center from their profile page in People

 

If you do not see People as an option in the app switcher, you may not have permission to the People application. Contact your Organization Administrators to gain access to People.

From the person's profile, go to the Communication tab to see emails that were sent to the person.

You can see the app the email was sent from as well as the person who sent it and when.

If the email was not delivered, it will be red and can prompt you to change the person's email address or ask them to check their spam.
