You can send emails to people who have registered for events, reminding them about their balance or forms that are due. You can also view any sent emails from your own profile.
From the Registrations tab, select the envelope icon to choose the type of email to send to your attendees.
Once you've sent an email to your attendees, you can see a list of all the emails a person has received through Planning Center from their profile page in People.
If you do not see People as an option in the app switcher, you may not have access to the People application. Contact your Organization Administrators to gain access to People.
From the person's profile, go to the Communication tab to see emails that were sent to the person.
You can see the app the email was sent from as well as the person who sent it and when.
If the email was not delivered, it will be red. Either the person needs to check their spam, or the email address needs to be unblocked.
