Refund a Registration

If someone needs a refund after they've paid, you can issue it from their registration.

Select the name of the person needing the refund from the Registrations tab of the event.

Select Issue Refund to choose what refund needs to be applied.

Refund Credit Card

If someone paid with credit card, choose the credit card from the dropdown then enter the amount and reason.

Select Submit to be taken back to the registration page, where the refund is applied.

Credit Card refunds may take 5-7 business days to be placed in the account.

Refund with Cash or Check

If someone paid with cash or check, choose appropriately from the dropdown then enter the amount and reason.

If refunding with a check, check number is recommended.

Select Submit to be taken back to the registration page, where the refund is applied.

Refund an Applied Scholarship

If you need to refund scholarship funds applied to an attendee, select the scholarship fund from the dropdown then enter the amount and reason.

Select Submit to be taken back to the registration page, where the refund is applied.

Any scholarship funds will be automatically refunded back to the scholarship when a registration is canceled.

All payments and refunds are recorded in individual registrations as well as the Payments page.
