Registrations is priced by the number of attendees registered for your largest future event. You can have as many events as you like, and the pricing will still be based on your largest event. All packages include unlimited events and administrators.
You can change your package at any time, even if you only have seasonal events. For example, if you only use Registrations for a Winter Camp, when the event is over, downgrade to the free plan until next winter to avoid paying for Registrations when you're not using it.
There are no contracts or setup fees, and each product can be used for the first 30 days without charge. After the first 30 days, you'll receive your first charge based on the pricing you choose on the Billing Page.
Check out Planning Center Pricing for a general overview of all the products. From there, you can subscribe to the product. If you're already subscribed, change your current pricing plan on the Products Page.
We never prevent people from registering, even if it exceeds your subscription. Instead, we'll email your Organization Administrator recommending you reevaluate or upgrade.
Payment Processing Fees
Processing digital payments (credit cards and debit cards) always incurs a cost. We've negotiated a super low rate with the payment processor, Stripe:
- United States: 2.15% + $.30 per transaction.
- Other Countries: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
There is no setup fee, no cancellation fee, no contract, no monthly minimum, and you can cancel anytime.
